Iska is a joy to live with. She is a lovely and very funny black standard schnauzer who is always ready to wiggle her body madly in greeting (I call it her Hula!). After doing the happy greeting hula, Iska loves to do somersaults of joy on my lap when I get home or on top of me when we wake up in the morning. I love Iska's amusing and endearing personality so much. Iska is also one of the cutest standard schnauzers I've ever known. She just oozes cuteness, even now that she's no longer a puppy. Best of all, Iska has a super sweet personality and, like her cousin, Mira, was a very easy dog to raise. Iska is also very smart and excelled in her obedience training.
Iska is a moderately-sized, substantive girl with lovely neck, beautiful forechest, shoulder layback, and super rear angulation. She also has a wonderfully hard coat, a very pretty head, nice natural ears, and the best, small, dark, almond shaped eyes I have ever seen. Really beautiful.
Iska resides with me on a co-ownership with her breeder, our good friend, Lori Elvin of Canada's Dinsdale Standard Schnauzers.
